Growing up in a big family full of professionally trained chefs and grandmas who could outcook anyone, food has always been at the center of every celebration. The love, passion, and sense of community that comes from sharing a good meal is what sparked my own love for cooking and hosting. As a detail‑oriented and creative person, it felt natural to begin sharing my food with others.
Originally from Michigan, I set out to move to the Pacific Northwest at a very young age. When I first saw the mountains, the endless evergreens, and the region’s incredible natural diversity, I knew I would eventually make this place home. Drawn to both its beauty and its culture of environmental stewardship, I pursued a master’s in environmental sustainability and later set down roots in Portland, where I’ve lived ever since.
My food journey began soon after, starting as a simple supper club for friends that quickly grew into something much larger. Sustainability naturally became the foundation of my approach to food, shaping everything from how I reduce waste to how I choose seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.
Today, I specialize in supporting micro weddings, hosting private dinners, and meals for all celebrations. Whether you’re envisioning a charcuterie spread, a six‑course dinner, or a personalized menu for your wedding day, I create dishes that highlight the best of the Pacific Northwest and execute your vision. By focusing on seasonal produce and responsible sourcing, I aim to elevate flavor while honoring the place that inspired my journey in the first place.
I’m an event planner with a sharp eye, a creative brain, and a reputation for making sh*t happen. I believe the best events don’t just look good but they feel good. They flow effortlessly, invite people in, and create space for real connection. I care just as much about bringing joy into the planning process as I do about the event itself, which means clear communication, calm problem-solving, and zero unnecessary chaos.
A little background on me! I’ve spent over a decade in the hospitality and events world, with experience that spans intimate, highly customized gatherings to large-scale conferences with more than 1,000 attendees. I started my career planning events in a historic white-tablecloth restaurant, where precision, timing, and guest experience were non-negotiable. That foundation shaped how I approach events today with confidence, flexibility, and a deep understanding of how all the moving pieces come together.
Now, I plan weddings and events that feel effortless, elevated, and personal. I know when to step in, when to step back, and how to keep things moving so you can stay present. My goal is simple: to create events that feel like you. Events that are thoughtfully designed, seamlessly executed, and memorable for all the right reasons.
